You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. A full refund will be issued, but a cancellation fee of up to 5% may apply based on the payment method used. - Order Cancellation After 24 Hours
Cancellation requests after 24 hours will be accepted only if the order has not been shipped. A cancellation fee of up to 5% will still apply, and the refund will be processed accordingly. - Order Cancellation After Shipment
Orders cannot be canceled once shipped. In such cases, you may refuse delivery, and the refund (after deducting applicable fees) will be processed once the product is returned to us. - Non-Cancellable Orders
Personalized, customized, or limited-stock items are non-cancellable after order confirmation. - Refund Timeline
